8. Fruit Feeder
Fruit feeders are ideal for attracting orioles, robins, and cedar waxwings. They use fresh or dried fruits instead of seeds.
Materials Needed:
- Mesh bag, small basket, or old pantyhose
- Twine or string
- Fruit slices (apple, orange, berries)
Instructions:
- Place fruit slices in the mesh bag or basket.
- Hang from a tree branch with twine.
- Replace fruit regularly to prevent spoilage.
