6. Scarecrow
A scarecrow costume is adorable, rustic, and very simple to assemble. Start with a plaid shirt, denim overalls or jeans, and a straw hat. Add a bit of makeup to create stitched lines around your mouth and nose using eyeliner or face paint.
You can stuff some hay or straw into your sleeves or pockets for authenticity, or use raffia if you prefer something cleaner. Finish it off with boots or sneakers.
