Toilet paper roll rockets inspire creativity and interest in space exploration. Children can make their own rockets, decorate them, and pretend to launch them into outer space.
Materials Needed
Toilet paper roll, colored paper, glue, scissors, markers, and tissue paper for flames.
Instructions
- Wrap the roll in colored paper or paint it to look like a rocket.
- Cut a circle from paper, form it into a cone, and glue it to one end as the rocket top.
- Add small paper triangles as fins at the bottom.
- Cut strips of red, orange, and yellow tissue paper and glue them inside the bottom to represent flames.
- Decorate with stars, numbers, or an astronaut logo.
